This is a bit late, but the first chance I had to get online. Seeing as we didn’t have a specific Bradley Hayes article following Tuesday’s win over DePaul...
Georgetown coach John Thompson III likes switching his starting centers, but it was odd that Jessie Govan started over Bradley Hayes. Primarily after going the other way in back-to-back wins, both over ranked teams at that. Turns out the move wasn’t strategic, but injury-related.
According to an athletic department official, Hayes suffered a pre-game injury to his right foot. The 7-footer’s status for Saturday’s game against Seton Hall will be determined later in the week.
