A few days removed from losing their first ever regular game season to DePaul, Georgetown came out and committed turnover after turnover in losing to St. John’s 86-80 on Saturday afternoon.
That’s right. Georgetown lost to DePaul and then St. John’s. Back to back.
Rodney Pryor led the Hoyas (14-15, 5-11) with 22 points while LJ Peak added 20 as Georgetown lost its third straight game to remain all alone in ninth place in the BIG EAST.
St. John’s (13-16, 7-9) avoided the season sweep at the hands of the Hoyas in large part to turning around their performance from deep.
