Such a starting date would give Georgetown and their conference foes only 16 days between November 25, 2020 and December 11th to prepare for the conference play.
Still, a December through March schedule would likely include 12 weeks to play 20 games and stay “on schedule” to finish in early March—with room to play Syracuse on a Saturday in January (see below).
