Georgetown senior forward Reggie Cameron may have played his final game for the Hoyas, multiple sources tell Casual Hoya’s Ben Standig.
According to a school official contacted by Casual Hoya, Cameron is “taking a leave of absence from the team” with “no length determined at this point.”
Cameron averaged 5.6 points in just over 17 minutes per game for the Hoyas last season. Playing time for the 6-foot-7 forward would have likely decreased this season with the addition of transfer wing Rodney Pryor.
Though Cameron’s season and Georgetown playing career is perhaps over, he is, according to a source, on course to graduate from Georgetown this year and will remain a student until then.
