Pryor’s 32 Points Lead Georgetown Past USC Upstate, 105-60

WASHINGTON - Georgetown men’s basketball graduate transfer Rodney Pryor (Evanston, Ill./Notre Dame Prep/Robert Morris) made an impressive debut on Saturday in his first game as a Hoya, scoring 26 points in the first half and finishing with 30 in a 105-60 win over USC Upstate at Verizon Center.

It was the first win of the season, and the 10th time in 13 seasons under Head Coach John Thompson III that Georgetown won its season opener.

Behind six 3-pointers from Pryor in the first half, the Hoyas took a 68-35 lead at the break.
