Pryor Scores 30, Georgetown Beats Coppin State, 96-44

WASHINGTON - Graduate student Rodney Pryor (Evanston, Ill./Notre Dame Prep/Robert Morris) led the Georgetown men's basketball team with a game-high 30 points and the Hoyas scored 61 in the first half en route to a 96-44 win over Coppin State on Wednesday evening at Verizon Center.

It was the second-straight win for the Hoyas, who improve to 4-4 overall, while the Eagles fall to 0-9.

Pryor, who scored 32 points in the season opener, connected on 10-of-13 shots from the floor and hit 7-of-8 shots from 3-point land, tying the school record for most treys in a single game in school history.
