Georgetown has been selected as one of 16 power conference schools to play in PK80, an exciting 16-team Tournament put together to honor Nike founder Phil Knight's 80th birthday. The PK80 tournament will be held in Portland, Oregon, during the week leading up to Thanksgiving.
Brackets HERE, and Georgetown is set to face Michigan State on Thanksgiving Day! The Hoyas and Spartans met in 2014 at Madison Square Garden, with the Hoyas defeating the 7th ranked Spartans 64-60. The winner/loser of that matchup will then face the winner/loser of Oregon-UConn.
This Tournament has been a long time comin’ for Hoyas fans, who have waited FIVE YEARS since the initial announcement of the event.
