Georgetown sophomore guard Jagan Mosely has had surgery, per his twitter account. Mosely had posted the tweet of him in a hospital bed but has since taken it down.
It’s unclear what the surgery was for, but per a source close to the situation Mosely will be sidelined from six to eight weeks. Mosely is projected to be a starter in a Georgetown backcourt that has already lost senior Tre Campbell for the season (and forever).
As a freshman, Mosely averaged 4.2 points per game and was second on the team with 2.5 assists per game.
