WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University women’s basketball team will travel to the University of Alabama (7-1) on Saturday afternoon for a 1 p.m. ET, matchup at Foster Auditorium. The game will be broadcast live on the SEC Network as well as online on WatchESPN with Jenn Hildreth and Candace Parker calling the action.
On Thursday, GU defeated the University of Delaware Blue Hens, 61-50, at McDonough Arena. The Hoyas rebounded from their previous outing to control the pace and put the game away in the second half to improve to 6-2 on the season.
