WASHINGTON - The Georgetown women's basketball team used a total team effort to get the 82-46 win over the Towson University Tigers (2-8) in the nonconference finale on Wednesday afternoon at McDonough Arena. The Hoyas complete nonconference play with a mark of 7-3 and 3-0 at home.
Sophomore guard Dorothy Adomako (Midlothian, Va./Cosby) led the way for the Hoyas with 19 points and eight rebounds, while senior guard Katie McCormick (Leonardtown, Md./St. Mary's Ryken) managed 12 points, all coming from beyond the arc. In total, all 11 available Hoyas scored at least two points, and pulled down at least two rebounds.
