WASHINGTON — Georgetown announced prior to tip-off with UMBC that reserve center Julius Halaifonua fractured his left ankle and will undergo surgery later this week. No timetable was immediately available. Halaifonua was on the Hoyas bench wearing a boot on his left foot and using crutches.
