Saturday was a rousing Homecoming success at Georgetown as the men's soccer team and the football team both notched decisive victories.
Saturday was Homecoming at Georgetown and with the Thompson Center under construction in the space formerly reserved for the tailgate, hundreds of current students and young alums gathered on the esplanade between Hariri (business school), Regents (science building), and Harbin Halls to prep for a big day of Hoya sports (and drink a lot of beer). It was a beautiful day on the Hilltop and it was to be a very successful one as well.
The #12-ranked men's soccer team kicked off the festivities at Shaw Field at noon against the #21-ranked Butler Bulldogs.
