Georgetown junior guard Tre Campbell injured his right knee in a bus accident involving the team Monday as the Hoyas traveled to face Villanova.
Campbell, according to a source, suffered a bruised right knee in the accident, which occurred on I-95 north of Baltimore. He is considered a game-time decision for the Hoyas against the No. 2 Wildcats. The D.C. native is averaging 3.6 points and 15 minutes per game off the bench.
The team bus and an SVU collided, leading to the other car overturning. No serious injuries were reported. The bus company provided another bus and the Hoyas continued on to Philadelphia.
