Georgetown University sophomore men’s basketball player Isaac Copeland (Raleigh, N.C./Brewster Academy [N.H.]) was selected to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Monday after his performance last week.
Georgetown split a pair of games over the weekend and fell to 1-3 overall with an 86-84 loss to No. 5 Duke. Of the team’s two losses during the week, the Hoyas lost to No. 3 Maryland (75-71) and the fifth-ranked Blue Devils by a combined six points.
In three games, Copeland averaged 16.3 points, 6.7 rebounds and 2.0 assists while shooting 56.3 percent from the floor (18-of-32), including 53.
