Adomako named to BIG EAST Honor Roll
| DiDi Burton WASHINGTON - The Georgetown women's basketball team (7-3, 0-0 BIG EAST) will open BIG EAST Conference play on Tuesday at Xavier University as part of a two-game road swing to begin the conference season. The Hoyas will follow that up with a contest at Butler University on Thursday, Dec. 31. Both games will be broadcast live on the BIG EAST Digital Network. On Monday, sophomore guard Dorothy Adomako (Midlothian, Va./Cosby) was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for her efforts in an 82-46 win over the Towson University Tigers (2-8) in the nonconference finale last week at McDonough Arena. |
