WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University football team (4-5, 2-2 Patriot League) will host No. 16 Fordham (8-2, 4-1 Patriot League) for Senior Day at Cooper Field on Saturday afternoon. The opening kickoff between the Hoyas and Rams is scheduled for noon.
SERIES VS. FORDHAM: Georgetown and Fordham meet for the 60th time in series history, with the Rams holding a 34-22-3 advantage. The Blue & Gray dropped last season’s matchup against the eventual Patriot League Champions at Jack Coffey Stadium, 52-7. GU is 2-12 against the Rams, since joining the PL in 2001, with its last win over Fordham coming on Nov.
