WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University football team will host its annual Blue & Gray Spring Scrimmage on Friday evening, with the event getting underway at 6 p.m. The spring game, which is open to the public and free of admission, marks the culmination of a successful string of spring practices for the Hoyas.
“This has been a very exciting spring on the Hilltop,” Head Coach Rob Sgarlata said. “Our number one goal in the spring was to become a more fundamentally sound football program. We also placed an emphasis on taking care of the football on offense and creating more turnovers on defense.
