OMAHA, Neb. - Georgetown came back from a 10-point deficit in the first half and led in the early portion of the second half, but Creighton used a 10-0 run to take the lead for good as the Hoyas lost their first BIG EAST Conference game of the season, 79-66, at Century Link Center Tuesday night.
The loss ends a three-game win streak for the Hoyas, who fall to 9-6 overall and 2-1 in league play, while Creighton improves to 11-5 overall and 2-1 in the league.
