WASHINGTON -- Georgetown trailed by nine at halftime, fell behind by double digits in the second half, used a 14-0 run to take the lead back and fell behind by 16 points before using a rally in the final minutes to tie the game and send it to overtime. However, Butler hit four free throws in the final minute as the Hoyas lost on Senior Day, 90-87, at Verizon Center Saturday afternoon.
The Hoyas fall to 14-15 overall and 7-9 in the BIG EAST with the loss, the team's fourth straight and the seventh in the last eight games.
