WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University men’s and women’s basketball programs will hold their annual Hoya Madness celebration, the official on-campus kickoff party of the 2017-18 basketball season, on Friday, October 13 at 10 p.m. in McDonough Arena. This is a free event open to all Georgetown students and athletics donors. Doors are scheduled to open at 9:30 p.m., with the show kicking off at 10 p.m. The show will feature performances by some of Georgetown’s best student dance groups, and the Georgetown Cheerleaders and Pep Band. The teams will be introduced to the fans and both head coaches will address the crowd.
