Georgetown interviewed Louisiana Tech assistant Tony Skinn this week. Skinn is a D.C. native and would prove to be a positive and well received hire on the local scene.
Skinn, only 34, spent his college days at George Mason and was a key component to the 2006 Final 4 run. Skinn spent a handful of years playing overseas before returning stateside to make a career in coaching. His playing career also included a spot on the Nigerian National Team in the 2012 Olympics.
Skinn spent 2012-2015 as an assistant with the Nike sponsored Team Takeover before taking an assistant coaching position with Louisiana Tech.
