Rome, Italy - Four Georgetown University men’s basketball players scored in double figures, led by 18 points from freshman forward Marcus Derrickson (Bowie, Md./Brewster Academy [N.H.]), and nine different players scored at least five points as the Hoyas cruised to a 95-36 win over the Italy All-Stars on Tuesday night at Arena Atletico Felicio.
It was the second-straight win to open a 10-day tour of Italy for the Hoyas, who depart Rome on Wednesday morning and travel to Florence, stopping to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa along the way.
