WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University football team (1-2, 0-0 Patriot League) struck first, but fell victim to big plays on defense and special teams by Dartmouth College (1-0, 0-0 Ivy League) to fall 31-10 on Saturday afternoon in front of a sold out crowd at Multi-Sport Field.
Senior quarterback Kyle Nolan (Branford, Conn./Branford[Choate Rosemary Hall]) completed 31-of-53 passes for 308 yards and a touchdown, but two interceptions led to a pair of early touchdowns for the Big Green. Eight different receivers caught passes for the Hoyas led by junior wide receiver Justin Hill (Pittsburgh, Pa.
