WASHINGTON - Sophomore guard Dorothy Adomako (Midlothian, Va./Cosby) and freshman guard Dionna White (Baltimore, Md./Milford Mill) of the Georgetown women’s basketball team were both named to the All-BIG EAST Second Team, as announced by the conference on Wednesday. White was also a unanimous selection to the BIG EAST All-Freshman Team. The all-conference teams were selected by a vote of the league’s head coaches.
Adomako earns second team honors after being named Freshman of the Year last season as well being selected to the All-Rookie Team and Honorable Mention All-BIG EAST. She ranks second on the Hoyas with 14.
