The Fresno State football team got its first win of the season against California State University, Sacramento 34-20 Saturday night at Bulldog Stadium.
Coming into the game, Fresno State came had a 0-2 record, losing to both University of Southern California at the Coliseum and the University of Minnesota at home.
The Hornets came into this game following a 50-0 win against Northern Colorado, carrying a 2-1 record.
The first drive for the Bulldogs saw them go from their own 40-yard-line all the way to the Hornets’ 32-yard-line.
The ‘Dogs weren’t able to convert on third down and had a chance to score with a field goal.
