Florida State opened the second round of the ACC Tournament by pulling away from the Virginia Tech Hokies after halftime, ultimately winning by 10. (Check out the full recap by Jordan). Longtime followers of the program might not be entirely surprised by that result. Since the ACC expanded to 15 basketball teams in 2014, Leonard Hamilton has now guided the ‘Noles to at least one ACC Tournament victory in 7 of the 10 ACC Tourneys played (with one of those three losses coming at the end of last year’s horrid campaign).
