Without pads for the second day, Mike Norvell and the Florida State football team participated in another fundamentals-focused practice on a sweltering July morning in Tallahassee.
“Seeing guys really try to get the communication, the basis of alignments, making sure we’re working on the core fundamentals, and then pushing on the finish” were the highlights of today’s practice, according to Norvell.
The head man also touched on the new freshmen’s involvement in camp thus far.
“Really just trying to push and see some young guys' early stages of understanding. Early enrollees that were here in the spring, it was great to see some of that carry over.
