Last week, during the two-minute drill, the Florida State offense marched down the field and provided one of the best practice drives of the season.
On Wednesday, they reverted to the mean.
Brock Glenn and company could barely move the ball and did not gain a first down in their crunch-time drill. The defensive line, dominant all morning, collapsed the pocket and ruined three of the four plays. Mike Norvell, clearly not happy with what happened, ended the drill without giving the twos a look.
Florida State practiced on Wednesday, focusing on situational work, as usual, with simulated two-minute drills, third downs, and red zones.
