Depth in the trenches is never a bad thing, but sometimes attrition isn’t either. Losing players who’ve not panned out in order to give others a shot is a part of football, and as a crop of fresh talent is about to join the Florida State family on National Signing Day, so must others depart.
And we can report today that a pair of offensive linemen, Ethan Frith and David Robbins, along with defensive tackle Darvin Taylor, will not continue their football careers as Seminoles. Robbins and Taylor have been medically disqualified, while Frith left for unspecified reasons.
