There’s nothing greater in college sports than being an elite program while also having two arch rivals who are pretty damn good too.
FSU fans have gotten used to being great for decades in football, baseball, track and field, and many other college sports.
It’s rare that one state can produce three schools that produce quality programs at such a high level. However, that’s exactly what the state of Florida has done with FSU, Florida and Miami.
Unfortunately, FSU fans have had to deal with the fan bases of both programs who’ve been around a lot longer and had success before FSU rose to prominence in the last 40 years.
