After having their win streak broken on Saturday FSU started another streak but of a much worse variety. Florida State pitchers struggled to get outs and the Seminoles fell 12-10 to the Demon Deacons. FSU showed quite a bit of offensive power with five bombs including a back-to-back-to-back showing but couldn’t do enough to overcome their pitching.
Three up
- About half the line up was on it today. 2-6 hitters went 11-20 on the day with seven RBI and all five of FSU’s home runs. Matheu Nelson had two home runs himself and started a string of three straight dingers with Robby Martin and Elijah Cabell pitching in.
