Florida State baseball (22-16, 15-12 ACC) dropped game two to Troy (21-20, 7-8 ASUN) by a score of 3-0 today. Today was the third time this season the Seminoles’ offense has been shut out. The ‘Noles produced six hits, but got no clutch hits nor extra base hits. On the mound, Florida State allowed just three hits. All three hits were extra base hits and all three runners scored. FSU made just one error, but also had a balk and a wild pitch that were costly. The ‘Noles left 10 men on base, Troy stranded just one runner.
