Florida State opened the 2022 football season with an impressive 47-7 victory over visiting Duquesne Saturday night at Doak Campbell Stadium.
Here are three things we learned from FSU’s win over the Dukes:
The offensive line is improved
After being one of the more maligned parts of its roster, the Seminoles appear to have found some much-needed depth and talent on the offensive line.
The group allowed just one sack and one tackle for loss against Duquesne while helping FSU account for more than 400 yards on the ground. An even more impressive feat considering the group lost center Darius Washington, who went down with an injury early in the game and was forced to use several different lineups.
