Standing between No. 1 Clemson and its first 9-0 record since its national title season in 1981 is No. 16 Florida State. The Seminoles have won their last three games against Clemson, which is 25-1 against the rest of the ACC since the start of the 2012 season.
And if Clemson is going to beat Florida State, it’s reasonable to predict that keeping Seminoles running back Dalvin Cook from doing too much damage will be a point of emphasis for the Tigers.
Cook missed the Seminoles’ 45-21 win over Syracuse last week, but he has practiced this week.
