The Florida State Seminoles (1-8, 1-7) are in South Bend to face tenth-ranked Notre Dame Saturday night in a prime-time nationally televised matchup that most analysts predict even the Fighting Irish fans will find boring, this after witnessing how inept the Noles have become since going undefeated last regular season. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and will be televised on NBC.
Saturday night’s matchup will be the 12th game in the series between the two teams and the first time one of the teams was not ranked in the AP Top 25.
