If you’ve not yet cut the cable, Florida State athletic director David Coburn wants you to know something: you may be cutting a little FSU football out of your life. Specifically, two of the 2019 football season’s first three games.
Comcast, DISH Network, Century Link, and Frontier Communications and the soon-to-launch ACC Network have yet to reach an agreement. Florida State has been urging fans to contact cable providers about carrying the network, and while a recent release reemphasizes that plea, the university has shifted gears a bit, basically stating that since a deal is not yet in place, Comcast customers will be without the ACC Network, the exclusive carrier of the Seminoles’ games against Louisiana-Monroe on September 7 and Virginia on September 14.
