Florida State linebacker DJ Lundy has applied for an extra year of eligibility after missing the majority of the 2024 season.
The news comes via Matt LaSerre of Warchant, who reported on Thursday that the linebacker was seeking an additional year with Lundy himself confirming the news to the site.
Lundy started five games and racked up 25 tackles (one for loss) and one pass breakup in 2024 before a season-ending injury vs. SMU. In 2023, he earned an All-ACC honorable mention nod after posting 54 tackles (six for loss), two sacks, one interception, four pass breakups and two quarterback hurries as well as a rushing touchdown at fullback.
