Florida State Seminoles defensive end Gilber Edmond is heading to the transfer portal, per On3 and 247Sports.
Edmond, who transferred in from South Carolina last season, spent just one year with the Seminoles.
Primarily a depth player in 2023, Edmond was a co-starter in FSU’s loss to Georgia in the Orange Bowl.
Edmond had 23 tackles (8 solo, 15 assisted) and 1.5 tackles for loss during his season in Tallahassee.
