The Florida State softball team was finally back in action this weekend as Team 42 travelled to Mexico for the Puerto Vallarta College Challenge.
The opening slate brought five games in total for the Noles with the headliner being two contests with top-five Oklahoma State billed as the biggest matchup in college softball over the weekend. When all was said and done, the Noles emerged with a 4-1 record with a sweep of their matchups against Northern Colorado and LA Tech, and a split against the Cowboys.
So what can we take away from the first five games of 2025?
