No. 25 Florida State (17-4, 7-2 ACC) defeated Boston College (12-11, 3-7 ACC) by a 104-80 score tonight in Chestnut Hill, MA.

Florida State started off well scoring the first five points of the game. Makayla Timpson hit a layup to put FSU up 14-5 early. From there the teams mostly traded baskets and the Seminoles enjoyed a 24-17 lead going into the second quarter.
The Eagles came out strong in the second quarter stretching their run to 8-0 after a T’yana Todd triple to take a 27-26 lead. The Noles would respond later in the quarter with a 10-2 run that was powered by eight points from Malea Willams.
