No. 15 Florida State basketball dropped their first game of the season, as UCF upset the ‘Noles by a score of 86-74. Through their first two games, UCF averages just 60.5 points per game, while shooting 35.9% from the field. After a two-week layoff, the Knights posted a scorching 57.1% in the second half. The upset was Florida State’s first loss in the state of Florida in their last 32 games.
UCF got off to a scorching start from the field. The Knights made their first three triples, including two from Darin Green Jr. Balsa Koprivica got a quick four paints in the point and Scottie Barnes drained third triple of the year to get Florida State started from beyond the arc.
