When Mike Norvell greeted reporters at the start of spring football camp last month, the Florida State coach talked about the excitement of integrating a roster full of experienced starters and 23 newcomers — the most in the country.
With a mix of high school prospects and 10 transfers, there were expectations that many first-time Seminoles would contribute quickly. Some of that talent was on display during the Garnet and Gold spring game Saturday before an announced crowd of 30,184 at Doak Campbell Stadium.
