It was a slogfest Saturday between Miami and FSU, and in the end, it was the Hurricanes who managed to squeak out enough points for the victory as the clock ticked down.
Florida State’s defense pitched an impressive performance throughout the whole game, with the main issue being Florida State’s ability to convert those stops into points, a consistent problem for the Seminoles this season. FSU only made three red zone appearances in 13 drives, and though they did manage to earn scores on all three of those possessions, it wasn’t enough to push them over the edge for the win.
