We all just became Temple fans. FSU’s out-of-conference schedule isn’t exactly designed to maximize their NCAAT chances. It both lacks home games against terrible teams to run up the score on, and lots of road/neutral shots at quality wins. Pair that with a down ACC, which - despite recent NCAAT success - just isn’t a great basketball conference. The ACC added three teams which are all below average high-major programs, and outside of Duke, UNC, and Cam Corhen’s Pitt Panthers, there don’t appear to be a ton of tourney teams for FSU to pick up wins against.
