After two days of no pads, Florida State brought out the shells Friday for their first hyper-physical practice of the fall.
“(It) was a highly energized practice,” Mike Norvell shared, “A lot of competitive drills. For the first three (practices), I’ve liked what I’ve seen. We’ll continue to push, but I thought it was a really solid day.”
Odell Haggins took questions from the press today and echoed a similar sentiment about the defensive line.
“We’re a physical front, and I like to see the guys working hard. Coach Storms did an amazing job with them, getting them in shape, bigger, and stronger.
