Florida State has finished the 2015 regular season as a top-ten team, per the College Football Playoff Committee. The Seminoles checked in at No. 9 on Tuesday night, a spot ahead of ACC Coastal Champion North Carolina. FSU made the jump from 13th to ninth after pounding the previously No. 12 Florida Gators on Saturday by a 27-2 score in Gainesville. UF slid to No. 18.
