FSU’s Janarius Robinson loses home to Hurricane Michael, ’Nole athletics send support to ravaged panhandle

Halfway through the 2018 season, the FSU football team finds itself at 3-3 in what we all knew would be a rebuilding year. But the term “rebuilding” has taken on a much more pressing reality for many in the Florida panhandle of late, following the damage inflicted by Hurricane Michael.

Seminole defensive end Janarius Robinson has been especially affected by that struggle. A redshirt-sophomore, Robinson came to Florida State by way of Panama City’s Bay High School, and during the recent catastrophe that was Michael, Robinson’s family lost everything.

My house, city everything has been destroyed.
