ATLANTA — Running back Dalvin Cook continues to make his mark on FSU's record book.
The sophomore broke off an 11-yard run in the second quarter in Saturday's contest against Georgia Tech, giving him more than 2,000 career rushing yards. He eclipsed that mark in 20 games, making him the fastest player in program history to surpass 2,000 yards. Greg Allen accomplished that feat in 22 games on 346 attempts from 1981-83.
Cook then went surpassed 1,000 yards this season with a 12-yard run during the same series. He got to 1,000 yards in his seventh game of the year.
