When Florida State forward Baba Miller stepped onto the court at Lawrence Joel Coliseum four minutes into Wednesday night’s game against Wake Forest, it was a welcome sight for the Seminoles.
It was the season debut for Miller, who had been forced to sit out FSU’s first 16 games while he served an NCAA suspension and the 6-foot-11 true freshman made his presence known by quickly grabbing a defensive rebound. And while he missed his first two shot attempts — both 3-pointers — coach Leonard Hamilton continues to preach patience with the talented newcomer.
