When Jaheim Bell tuned into Florida State football games this past season, the former South Carolina tight end saw an explosive offense led by dual-threat quarterback Jordan Travis. So the thought of teaming up with Travis and the rest of the Seminoles made perfect sense to the redshirt junior.
“This offense is explosive,” said Bell. “I caught a few games this season and wanted to be a part of that.”
Bell entered the transfer portal on Dec. 6 and committed to FSU less than a week later on Dec. 12.
It didn’t hurt either that Travis and a litany of offensive playmakers like running back Trey Benson and receivers Johnny Wilson and Mycah Pittman were also returning to the program for another season.
